Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for something of equal or lesser value.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@murphyrose.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent via express post.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the stone is not what you expected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we photograph the stones in a macro setting to view the unique inclusions. These stones are sold as is, so please be sure to read the full description and view the photos and videos carefully.
Exchanges
Re-selection must be made within 14 days from original purchase.
